ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are new here and would like to know more about Jesus, Leidy’s Church, and how to get connected, please fill out the Get Connected Card and put it in the Get Connected pillars on the left-hand side of the doors when you leave the sanctuary.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the Get Connected pillars.

3. Here's another way to help with the Auction this week! A crew is needed Friday morning to help prepare 50 lbs. of potato salad and prep veggies for roasting as a yummy side dish. If you are available, report at 9 am ready to peel and chop.

4. If you are baking a dessert for the auction, please remember to bring it to the kitchen Friday or Saturday. Thank you.

5. The SLMT Auction is Saturday! Here is the agenda:             4:30-Doors open to view all items 5:00-Food is available 6:30-Live auction begins. Come and enjoy a fun night. All proceeds fund the SLMT projects so come and be generous! There is still time to donate to the SLMT auction. Please bring your donations to the office by Tuesday. Thank you!

7. The Rummage Sale is around the corner on Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th. To sign up to help see Mary Beth Musselman or you can check the weekly newsletter.

8. A Breakfast will be held on May 2nd and will be hosted by Global Disciples at the Franconia Heritage banquet center. It begins at 6am and there is no charge, though a freewill offering will be taken. The focus will be on the Persecuted Church. If you would like to attend, please contact the church office or speak with John Niederhaus.

9. Adult supervision needed for childcare during the Auction. If you can help, please contact Mary Beth Musselman or the church office. Thank you.

10. The BMCE Business & Professional Breakfast takes place on Thursday, May 9th at 6:30. It will be a buffet breakfast with a ticket cost of $20. Special speaker is Terry Derstine, organizer of the Hope Sweatshirt event each September. Find out how the Lord led him through very difficult circumstances to begin that ministry. Tickets are available from the church office, Jack Parry, or John Niederhaus.

11. The flowers are placed by Mark and Sharon Kostishion in memory of loved ones who have gone home to be with the Lord.
