ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are new here and would like to know more about Jesus, Leidy’s Church, and how to get connected, please fill out the Connect with Leidy’s Card and put it in the Get Connected pillars on the left-hand side of the doors when you leave the sanctuary.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the Get Connected pillars.

3. Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes are due back next Sunday, November 3rd.

4. Zion Choral Choir will be at Good Shepherd UCC in Boyertown this afternoon, the concert begins at 3:00.

5. Do you live in a High-traffic area?  We have plenty of yard signs for our Craft Show on Nov 23rd...so help us get the word out!!  Two sizes of print available...depending on the how fast people drive by your house! Stop by the office and please put a sign up for us!

6. All Church Workday this Saturday beginning at 8:00AM. Come out and join us for an all-Church workday to clear out the parsonage and barn grounds. If we get lots of help, we'll also be working on the church grounds. Bring any landscape/gardening tools (such as rakes, wheelbarrows, chainsaws, shovels and gloves, etc.) that you may need. 7. Progressive Dinner - Saturday, November 30th, 5:00 Start! For Adults 25 - 35 age range. Babysitting at Leidy's Church starting at 4:45. Start the evening with appetizers at one house, enjoy a delicious dinner at another, and finish with desserts back at the church. Childcare and chicken nugget dinner will be provided at the church, so you can relax and enjoy the night out! More details to follow!

8. Thank you so very much dear church family for your kind words, prayers and cards at the death of my mother. The love expressed by my Leidy's Church family has been such a great comfort for me during this time. Thank you all for being the amazing messengers of God! Alice Kraus & family

9. Voting Information is important. The PA Family Institute has a website where you may see what your ballot will contain, where your polling place is located, and what the positions are of the various candidates. That website is: www.pafamilyvoter.com where you will find a wealth of helpful information. Explore it a bit and prepare to cast your vote on November 5th.

10. Calling all babysitters!! If you love little ones and can help make the Progressive Dinner Night special, please call the church office at 215-723-8707.

11. Leidy’s Church will be hosting the Zion Choral Choir on Sunday, November 17th and we’re looking for volunteers to help with various tasks during the concert! Opportunities include greeting attendees, ushering, providing door security, collecting the offering, assisting with parking, shuttling rides from the old church building, and providing snacks. If you're interested in lending a hand, please contact the office to volunteer. Email office@leidyschurch or call 215-723-8707. Your support will make this event special!

12. If you thought that mailboxes are just for members, think again. If you would like a mailbox please contact the church office. We will be glad to give you one.
