Jesus: The Author and Perfecter of Faith
This week’s sermon title is “Jesus: The Author and Perfecter of Faith.” The title of this message comes directly from the book of Hebrews; and why not, for it says it all! Jesus is our Savior. He has fully atoned for our sins. He graciously offers salvation to sinners. He graciously grants salvation to those who repent and believe in Him. Just as they needed Jesus in their time, so we need Jesus today in our time. As a matter of fact, we will need Jesus for all of eternity! As we examine the Bible texts chosen for today, we will gain a better understanding of why we give thanks to God that Jesus must be, and is, The Author and Perfecter of Faith!
