THE SERMON TITLE this morning is God Provides for His People. God is the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens and the earth, of all things visible and invisible. As such, we, as His creatures, are created in His image and likeness, and we receive life, breath, health, and all things needed to live and prosper in this world. But the greatest provision from God toward us is the gift of His only begotten son, the Lord Jesus Christ. As we rejoice in the LORD as Jehovah-jireh, may we know more fully God’s loving provision of salvation in His beloved Son.

The class will meet in the Conference Room for six consecutive weeks during the Sunday School hour. If you would like to attend, please contact the church office, or speak to someone on the pastoral staff no later than Tuesday.
THE LEIDY’S CHURCH FAMILY would like to come alongside Tim and Rachel Leidy (and Andrew and Nora) and bless them with meals while Baby Jonas is in the hospital. A sign-up sheet has been posted on the narthex wall for you to get on the list. If you wish to help out and forget to sign up, contact the church office and they will let you know what dates are still available. There are no known food restrictions or allergies at this time.
GOSPEL GLEANING PRAYER POINTERS
† Rigorous new laws in India make conversion highly suspect, even illegal. Pray the Holy Spirit will help the 450 Erukulu students pay more heed to the teaching of the Bible than the decrees of the government. May they be like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, going forward with God even when the rest of their society moves in another direction.
† Intercession is needed for a cell group of new Christians in Siguété, Chad. This cell is comprised of 15+ persons who were baptized in February of 2020. Local flooding caused them to disperse in late August. The cell is seeking to regroup and continue sharing the Good News with others in their area. Siguété is a district in the far east of the capital city of N’Djamena.
