THE SERMON TITLE this morning is Marriages Matter to God. God instituted the covenant relationship of marriage between a man and a woman for life at the beginning of His creation of Man. Since the Fall of Man, sin cursed humanity, in rebellion against God, has sought to redefine and reformat God’s design of marriage to conform to their sinful appetites and sensual practices. Despite humanity’s revolt, God’s design of marriage remains unchanged, and we will see why marriages matter to God.
WE LOVE TO PRAY FOR OUR KIDS! Each year we do that by matching kids with adults through the Pray Cards. It is time once again to send in your pictures of your children ages 0 – 12th grade. Please drop them off at the office or you can email them to office@leidyschurch.org. Thank you so much. We value your kids and this is a wonderful way to connect people at Leidy’s Church.

GOSPEL GLEANING PRAYER POINTERS
- As the Literacy Program among the Erukula people in India wraps up in the next couple of weeks. There are 15 instructors and 450 students. Our prayers for instructors and students is that Psalm 119:10 will be fulfilled in their lives. That text says: With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me wander from Your commandments. Instructors and students have focused on biblical truths and real-life applications of those truths. May their hearts be permanently changed and redirected so their feet are kept from wandering. Of course, we need to pray for the same in our lives as well.
- Let’s pray for the newly trained Program Directors in Niger, for God’s strengthening and enabling grace to succeed in starting a Global Disciples Training with their cluster of churches in the coming year. We can also pray that each training will send out disciples to the least-reached areas of Niger. They will need courage and protection as such areas are plagued by violence and a resistance to Christianity. Despite this, may God bring many to the Lord Jesus in faith and new churches formed. May God confirm His message with signs and wonders as the Gospel is proclaimed.
