Fall Precept
Course - Ephesians
Leidy’s Church has offered Precept Bible Study
continually for 17 years from Fall to Spring. If you have never been a part of a
Precept Upon Precept course, please join us as we learn to study the Bible
inductively and discover the Truth for yourself.
Each week we have a time of teaching and
discussion, then a short break, followed by a video teaching with Kay Arthur.
The new class begins Thursday, September 6th, from 9 (note the time
change!) to 11:45 am. Laura Kilmer, a long-time Precept student, will lead the
class this semester. Babysitting is provided.
Please contact Verna (215-679-6850) for
information and to order a book if you are a new student. This class will run
for approximately 15-16 weeks, and the cost is $20.
Women's Sunday School News
A new study begins September 23rd
entitled Living Beyond Yourself, Exploring the Fruit of the Spirit, using
the book of Galatians. Our plan and goal is an 11 to 12-week journey to genuine
freedom, the freedom that comes only through a life filled with the Holy Spirit
and character traits Scripture tells us is the fruit of the Spirit.
We hope to see all ladies, all ages!
